DC vs SRH Highlights, IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 7 wickets at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.
DC vs SRH Highlights, IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals displayed an all-round performance against the Sunrisers Hyderabad winning the contest by 7 wickets on Sunday (March 30).
Chasing 164, Faf du Plessis handed DC a sensational start with other top-order batters also chipping in with some knocks. In the end, Abhishek Porel and Tristan Stubbs guided their team over the line with ease.
KL Rahul on his DC debut made 15 off 5 balls as he was looking to end the contest as soon as possible. For SRH, Zeeshan Ansari was the standout performer with the ball as he took three wickets on his debut for the franchise.
Earlier, Sunrisers Hyderabad batters were dismantled by the Delhi Capitals bowling attack after captain Pat Cummins won the toss and elected to bat first at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.
Fast-bowler Mitchell Starc was the top performer for Delhi as he picked up five SRH wickets followed by Kuldeep Yadav who also got 3 scalps. Aniket Verma and Heinrich Klaasen got a solid partnership after their team fell early in the powerplay. However, in the end, Delhi got the better of their opposition.
